THE TREADGOLD CONCESSION.

Robert Laird Borden (Leader of the Official Opposition)

Conservative (1867-1942)

Mr. R. L. BORDEN (Halifax).

Before the Orders of the Day are called, I would like to ask the Prime Minister when the terms of the Treadgold Commission will be laid on the Table. I rather gathered the right hon. gentleman's assent to the view that the terms of the commission might be brought down pending the appointment of some commissioner or some commissioners.
