Mr. FOSTER.
Now; now !
Mr. BRODEUR.
I have an open mind.
Mr. FOSTER.
As I understand it, the old deputy is superannuated ?
Mr. BRODEUR.
Yes.
Mr. FOSTER.
The superannuation has
actually taken place ?
Mr. BRODEUR.
No, it has not passed the Treasury Board. I understand that it has to go before the Treasury Board.
Mr. FOSTER.
Until it passes the Treasury Board the minister has an open mind?
Mr. BRODEUR.

Some resolutions reported.
Report of the Experimental Farm for the year 1908.-Mr. Fisher.
Mr. FOSTER.
I would like to know if the hon. Minister of Agriculture intends to bring on the Civil Service resolution and Bill to be founded thereon before Easter ?
Mr. FISHER.
I should be very glad to do so but I doubt if there 'will be an opportunity. We cannot proceed until the classifications of the House and of the Senate have been passed. The classification of the House has been before the House for some days in the name of the Prime Minister. That as well as the Senate classification will have to be adopted.
Mr. FOSTER.
There is not much probability of it going on ?
