There are some gentlemen who will want to speak, and they may have to leave. My hon. friend from Edmonton (Mr. Oliver) was obliged to leave owing to a family bereavement, and he intimated to me that he wanted to speak.
Mr. ROCHE:
There are two or three items in the Supplementaries coming down, and hon. gentlemen can discuss any matter on these.
Indian education, $734,115.
Mr. MACDONALD:
Where is that expended ?
Mr.' ROCHE: There is a reduction this year of $250,000 in that item. It is spent
in connection with industrial, boarding and day schools situated in all parts of Canada.
