Mr. PUGSLEY:

The minister will see what a bad precedent it is, late at night, to get into an item in order to enable him to take it up on Friday, when there could be no discussion on going into Supply. It is rather better to adhere to the rule.

Progress reported.

On motion of Hon. Mr. Reid the House adjourned at 10.45 p.m.
