1. On 4th August, 1917, the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company was ordered to cease to transmit traffic.

2. The services of the present censorship staff will be dispensed with on the 1st September, when the office will be abolished. The censors will receive pay during this time (4th August to 1st September), as their services are necessary in winding up the business.

3. Under consideration.

4. The necessary guards as recommended by the General Officer Commanding for the protection of the station.

5. W. K. McVicar was appointed decoding clerk on 25th June, 1917. He received $2.50 per diem and 75 cents per diem living allowance. His employment terminates with the closing of the station.
