I do not want to do the hon. member an injustice. He said he wished to withdraw the resolution after making some comments by way of reply.

Mr. SPEAKER:

I did not catch that remark of the hon. gentleman. It would be a most unusual procedure for an hon. member who is about to exercise his right to close the debate, to move the adjournment thereof.

Mr. MACKIE:

I will let the matter

stand as it is, as I shall not crave the in-

dulgence of the House. There will be days when Supply comes on, and some one will speak on this matter again.

Resolution withdrawn.
