The government blue book on statistics of steam railways for 1923 shows-freight originating on Canadian railway lines 67,888,325 tons-freight received from United States railways 34,370,000 tons. Approximately what proportion of freight received from United States railroads represented (a) American products destined for consumption in Canada; (b) American products from one United States point to another through Canada (that is-as from Detroit to Buffalo); (c) American products moving overseas via Canadian railways?
