Mr. WILLIAM DUFF (Antigonish-Guys-boro) presented the first report of the select standing committee on marine and fisheries. Mr. Duff moved that the report be concurred in.

The report was read only a
few minutes ago, and if my hon. friend had been listening he could have heard it.

Mr. W. J. WARD (Dauphin) moved for leave to introduce Bill No. 75, respecting the domicile of married women in proceedings for divorce.
Explain.
Mr. WARD:
The purpose of this bill is
to give to women who have been deserted by their husbands or otherwise separated from them for a period of two years or longer the right to establish their own domicile, which right they do not possess at present.
