This is to construct a breakwater which was commenced during 1928-29.
Mr. BOYS:
Why is the amount $1,200 instead of $2,800 or $3,600, or some other figure.
Mr. ELLIOTT:
The amount is required to complete the construction of a breakwater 100 feet in length by 18 feet in width in round timber open faced cribwork, well ballasted with stone and sheathed and covered with spruce deals. The estimated cost is given at $1,700; materials purchased in 1928-29, $500; and balance required to complete $1,200.

That is all the information the minister has?

That is all that appears in the engineer's report.

There was no work done last summer.
Mr. ELLIOTT:
Just materials purchased.
