It has been stated that this service is being carried on in districts where private companies will not extend tl^eir lines, therefore it would appear that it is being rendered at a loss to the government.

point out to their provincial government the fact that such an extension should be made, either by private concerns or by the provincial government. I do not see why this should be done by the government in British Columbia alone.
