The house in committee of ways and means, Mr. Hanson (York-Sunbury) in the chair. 1. Resolved, that schedule A to the customs tariff, being chapter forty-four of the revised statutes of Canada, 1927, as amended by chapter seventeen of the acts of 1928, chapter thirty-nine of the acts of 1929, chapter thirteen of the acts of 1930 (first session), chapter three of the acts of 1930 (second session) and chapter thirty of the acts of 1931, be further amended by striking thereout tariff item 409q, the several enumerations of goods, respectively, and the several rates of duties of customs, if any, set opposite thereto, and by inserting the following item, enumerations and rates of duty in said schedule A: Tariff Item - British Preferential Tariff Inter- mediate Tariff General Tariff409q Complete parts for repairs, if imported on or before the thirty-first day of March, 1933, under regulations prescribed by the Minister. .
