Note: During the calendar years 1929 to 1932 a certain amount of Canadian barley, oats and rye exported from Fort William and Port Arthur to overseas countries via the United States was re-routed from United States lake ports for export via Canadian ports chiefly Montreal. It is impossible to segregate the quantity of barley, oats and rye thus re-routed from United States lake ports from United States barley, oats and rye in transit via Canadian ports.
