If my recollection serves me well, it was decided then that once the house had determined to set up the com-

mittee, it was in fact in effect and the estimates could be referred to it. Authorities were quoted on that occasion.

The notice of motion was that Mr. Dunning would on Tuesday next move to set up the committee of ways and means and that he would move the house into supply. It is all right, but I just direct attention to it.
