the Unemployment Relief and Assistance Act, 1936, are all set forth in the agreement entered into between the dominion and the province under date of September 10, 1936. A copy of this agreement was tabled in the House of Commons on January 15, 1937.

3. Claims have been received from the province amounting to $729,168.53. Of this amount $81,154.81 has been paid. The remaining accounts, which have been received within the past few days, are at the present time being audited and payment will be made in due course, if the accounts are found to be in order.
