Hon. C. D. HOWE (Minister of Transport) moved for leave to introduce Bill No. 32, to amend the Winnipeg and St. Boniface Harbour Commissioners Act. He said: The purpose of the bill is to extend the jurisdict;on of the Winnipeg and St. Boniface harbour commissioners to the waters of municipalities, contiguous to the cities of Winnipeg and St. Boniface, which desire to be brought under the act. Motion agreed to and bill read the first time.
