Mr. HOWE:
It is practically six o'clock now, so perhaps we might resume this discussion on Monday when all the figures will be available. Would it suit the hon. member to ask that question at three o'clock on Monday?
Mr. CASTLEDEN:
Yes.
Mr. WRIGHT:
Is it contemplated that there will be any necessity for the rationing of gasoline used for agricultural purposes?
Mr. HOWE:
No. That is regarded as a war need and will be protected. Just how it will be protected I could not say, but it will be done.
The committee rose and obtained leave to sit again at the next sitting of the house.
On motion of Mr. Mackenzie King the house adjourned at 6 p.m.
