Mr. MACKENZIE:

My hon. friend's point is very well taken. That question was very carefully considered, but the resolution itself deals largely with external relations and it was decided that it would be very fine resolution for this new committee to commence to work upon. I think the house will find the committee is well qualified to give the resolution every consideration.

Mr. GRAYDON:

I think it is the best committee of all.
