Since the National Housing Act was passed in 1944 have any requests been made by municipalities for assistance with low-rental housing projects by (a) legislation to provide loans directly to municipal housing authorities; (b) legislation to provide rent-reduction subsidies to such authorities; (c) legislation or regulation to provide loans to local, non-profit housing corporations; (d) legislation or regulation to provide rent-reduction funds to local, non-profit housing corporations?

2. If so, by what municipalities?

3. What arrangements, if any, arising out of such requests, have been made to enable the carrying on of low-rental housing projects within such municipalities?
