The answer is yes. The request was also made by the hon. member for Lake Centre (Mr. Diefenbaker). I now table the applications to stay effective date of the order of the board of transport commissioners. At the same time I should like to announce that there will be distributed to members' boxes, if indeed this has not already been done, the judgment of the board of transport commissioners in the case.
