I am indeed sorry; I thought we were dealing with the second paragraph of the first clause. I did not know it had been passed. According to one clock, Mr. Chairman, it is eleven o'clock; I do not know which clock we are going by. Clause 2 reads:

Throughout Canada, in each and every year, the first Monday following the twenty-third day of May shall be a legal holiday and shall be kept and observed as such under the name of Victoria day.

Mr. Fournier (Hull):

Tomorrow, government day, we shall take first the resolution in the name of the Prime Minister to constitute a department of defence production; then the second reading of Bill No. 24, to confer certain emergency powers upon the governor in council. After that we shall move second reading of Bill No. 5, to amend the Canadian Wheat Board Act, 1935, and if time is left we shall proceed with Bill No. 6.
