Mr. Speaker, I should like to table two copies, in English and in French, of order in council No. 1608, dated April 4, 1951, under the Emergency Powers Act, authorizing the minting of a new coin of steel in chromium finish to the value of five cents to be issued on and after July 1, 1951, as a substitute for the further issue of the pure nickel coin.
