That the address of His Excellency Dr. Sukarno, President of the Republic of Indonesia, delivered before the members of the Senate and the House of Commons of Canada on June 5, 1955, together with introductory and related speeches, be included in the House of Commons Debates and form part of the permanent records of this parliament.

I wonder

whether the hon. member would explain to us the intent and purport of this report, concurrence in which he has just moved. If it relates to matters having to do with exemption from the standing orders of the house because of the late presentation of petitions and so on, I think we should know what it involves, what petitions have been presented and what bills are affected by the motion, and what would be the result to the bills if the motion is allowed to carry, and I think indeed that the hon. gentleman should explain his motion.
