I ask leave to make a motion in regard to the subject matter of private members Bill No. C-105, to Amend the Criminal Code (Insanity), which stands in the name of the hon. member for Greenwood (Mr. Brewin). The purpose of the motion would be to refer the subject matter to the standing committee on justice and legal affairs.
