hon. member for Gloucester (Mr. Veniot) having brought so many of these points to my attention, I am sure he realizes that an answer cannot be given to-night, but I shall immediately have instructions given to prepare an answer. A good deal of the information will be available in tihe office, and I shall send my hon. friend that information immediately and the rest as soon as it can be obtained.
