Mr. S. W. JACOBS (Cartier) moved:

That the petition of Joseph Paul George Marcoux and the petition of Adjutor St. Jean, presented on the eleventh instant, each praying for a bill of divorce, be referred, together with the report of the clerk of petitions thereon, to the standing committee on standing orders for the purpose of considering the suspension of standing orders 92 and 93 (3) (a) and (c) in relation thereto.
