Mr. MARTIN:

I usually do not have an opportunity of putting a serious question to my hon. friend, but I was trying to do so to-night. This is an act which I think has great merit. The committee will possibly remember that I took almost one whole afternoon here discussing a problem concerning the corn growers of southwestern Ontario.
