I have no knowledge of the subject matter of my hon. friend's question. In saying that, I should also say that it is quite possible that some of our officers are examining as to a location in that province, although I have no information that they are. But any statement that anything definite has been determined is premature, because if a definite proposal had been arrived at I would certainly have heard of it.
