Mr. P. C. BLACK (Cumberland):

Mr. Speaker, is the Minister of National Defence for Air in a position to give the house a report respecting the eastern passage aerodrome at Dartmouth? It is now more than two weeks since the minister informed the house that he expected the report would be placed before the house- within the next few days. The matter has been before the department now for about seven months.
