other government departments concerned deals with the establishment of labour priorities for industries and occupations, curtailment of nonessential industries for man-power, encourages dilution of labour by use of women, upgrading of employees, etc., organizes a man-power advisory committee in any industry where thought necessary with approval of the director of national selective service and collaborates with the director of employment service branch and unemployment insurance to draft the necessary instructions in regard to carrying out man-power policies and procedures relating to labour supply problems.
