I would point out to my hon. friend that the difficulty in obtaining office space in any city is always with us in times like these. PICAO was housed originally in Dominion Square building in quarters that were adequate at the time, but since then the requirements have expanded. Their expanded requirements were met in the first stage by making available one half floor in the Sun Life building, and recently further steps were taken to make available eleven thousand feet of floor space on another floor of the Sun Life building, which will be in possession of PICAO by

April 10. My advice therefore is that the requirement for office space is fully met at the present time. .
