Has the government taken any steps to recognize the courage and skill shown by members of the Canadian Army and of the Royal Canadian Air Force stationed at the joint air training school at Rivers, Manitoba, who, under circumstances of extreme peril effected the gallant rescue of Canon Turner, a missionary in the arctic regions who met with a very serious accident?
