I should like to call the attention of the Minister of Public Works to the damage recently done by the worst storm and flood in thirty years to the breakwater at Ward's island. This is a federal government work, and the federal government has admitted responsibility for the maintenance of the breakwater from Ward's island to Gibraltar Point.
