1. When were the plans, specifications and estimates for the steel sheds, presently being constructed in the port of Montreal, first approved by the government ?
2. Since the aforesaid approval have any alterations in said plans, specifications and estimates been authorized by the government ?
3. Since the awarding of the contract by the Harbour Commission have any alterations in the terms thereof received the sanction of the ^government, and if so, what are they ?
