Mr. Macdonnell (Greenwood):

I doubt if there would be any widespread insistence that we should embark on a detailed study of this bill at the present time. The suggestion of the Minister of Finance (Mr. Abbott) seems a wise one, and it was the course adopted a short time ago in connection with the Income Tax Act.
