Mr. Abbott:

Speaking from memory, Mr. Speaker, the delay to which the Ming Sung company was entitled under the contract expired on October 8 or it may have been October 9. I am speaking subject to correction on that. The government gave immediate instructions to the banks to take the proper action when the delay to which the company was entitled had expired.
