I would not care to offer any opinion on that point to-night. I realize now that this Bill to amend the Canada Temperance Act can not go through, unless it meets with general approval. I judge from what my hon. friend says that this Bill may be a matter of debate, I offer no opinion concerning it. But if there is no objection to this Bill, we can deal with it.
