My hon. friend (Mr. Henderson) is showing great lack of appreciation of the motion for which he voted yesterday, because it gave what purported to be a correct statement of these sums. Having voted for that motion, my hon. friend might, I should think, be ready to say that, from his point of view at least, it is correct. I would not like to attempt to state off-hand to a dollar the total of the appropriations made.
