Mr. Speaker, I would like to address a question to the minister responsible for the Canada Employment and Immigration Commission.
In view of the fact that many young people who are being encouraged to upgrade their skills through Manpower training courses in community colleges for a particular type of employment are finding it very difficult to obtain a position because

they lack the necessary practical experience, I would like to ask the minister if he is aware of this and, if so, what plans does he have to overcome this problem?
