Mr. McCREARY asked :

Has the Manitoba branch of the Dominion Alliance, or any one acting for them or on their behalf, in the city of Winnipeg or the Province of Manitoba, remitted to the government ally brief, letter or statement deal'ng with the unconstitutionality of the Referendum about to be taken on the Manitoba Liquor Act ? If so, what reply has been sent, or what action does the government intend taking in the matter ?
