The MINISTER' OF RAILWAYS AND CANALS (Hon. A. G. Blair):
1. The government is aware that such au investigation was held.
2. The claims branch of the department at Moncton is of the opinion that the claim is not meritorious, and until the same is considered by the department here, no final decision can be reached. I cannot say, until I have an opportunity of looking into it, what action will be finally taken.
