Mr. MARCIL:

It is advertised in the
newspapers that the Government maintains inspectors in distilleries, and that certain liquors are sold under government inspection. Does that mean that the Government guarantees the quality of the liquor put into the bottles? More inferior liquor is sold in this country than in any other country of w'hich I know/ except the United States.
