Mr. CRUISE:

I would like to draw the attention of the hon. Minister of Trade and Commerce (Sir George Foster) to a matter that I consider of great importance. I have just received the following letter from my constituency:
Just a word to let you know how we are fixed in regard to wheat markets. A poor settler came to my place this evening after driving 17 miles to market only to find no room in the elevators to take his wheat in. He came five miles back with his load to my place. He wras unable to purchase a few necessaries of life to take home to his family.
I would respectfully ask the minister to look into the matter and see if anything can be done.

Topic:   QUESTIONS.
Subtopic:   GRAIN CONGESTION IN THE WEST.
