That the following words he added to the resolution adopted by the House on Wednesday, the seventh day of February last, appointing the Committee to consider and report upon the Fiftieth Anniversary of Confederation: "And that the Committee is hereby empowered to meet in joint sittings with the like committee of the Senate."
