Thomas Inkerman Thomson

Conservative (1867-1942)

Mr. THOMSON (North Grey).

Owen Sound is a very much larger and more important business centre than Collingwood. The business done there is very large, and It is important that the dry dock should, be enlarged. This Bill is in the right direction. We require a larger dry dock in Owen Sound, and although the people there did not support me in the last election, to the extent they would, on account of these promises, I hope they will get the increased percentage on the same terms as Collingwood and other places mentioned by the Finance Minister.
