Mr. WILLIAM IRVINE (East Calgary):

Would the acting Postmaster General care to state to the House just how many strike breakers, if I may call them such,-or perhaps I had better put it this way, how many men are employed now in the post office at Toronto and how many men were employed prior to the strike? My purpose is to get the situation there. I do not know whether a strike is on or not.
