Henry Alfred Mullins

Conservative (1867-1942)

Mr. MULLINS:

Would not the Canadian
government boat Victor be equal to the Jensen boat if the proper changes were made in it? The Jensen boats are owned by a private corporation in Toronto which I have been asked to join as a shareholder, and I am sure that the Canadian government Steamer Victor if it were properly fitted up could be made to serve the purpose as well as any of the Jensen ships.
