Mr. GARDINER:

I should like to say
for tire information of the minister that in western Canada we formerly had to pay a high price for gopher poison, and the government of Saskatchewan passed -legislation to allow the municipalities to secure the po-ison and sell it to residents. All I want to make sure of is -that provision be made that these municipalities may buy and resell this poison.
