Hon. ERNEST LAPOINTE (Minister of Justice):

I may say that the judgment is of very recent occurrence. As a matter of fact,
I have not yet had the opportunity of seeing a copy of it; I do not think that an official copy has been received by the department, but it may have been. In view of the importance of the matter, we shall certainly consider the advisability of appealing this judgment to the Privy Council.
