The Minister of Immigration (Mr. Gordon), who is responsible in the house for the Labour department, happens at the moment to be absent. When he is in the house, perhaps later in the day, or, if not, to-morrow, he will give a reply. I am not familiar with the matter. No appeal has been made to me in connection with it.
