I am not attempting to debate that resolution; at the present time I am endeavouring simply to correct some figures which have been placed upon Hansard and from which I think a wrong inference has been drawn by certain people and is liable to be drawn iby others. I should like the opportunity to correct those figures. I always understood that a motion for supply was debatable on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so that any member who had a grievance could air it before the house, and that is all I am trying to do to-day. I shall be as brief as possible-
